Take off running

Mill Works is running a preseason Athletic Performance program to prepare high school girls lacrosse players for their spring season. This includes a strength and conditioning program focused on the needs of female lacrosse players as well as a 2 month gym membership. Details:

  • Individual strength and conditioning workouts

  • Max class size of 20 Players with 2 certified strength and conditioning coaches

  • Access to a state of the art gym and fitness facility

  • Focus on injury prevention, proper body movement, explosive power as well as linear & lateral speed development

January 7th – February 15th: Mondays & Wednesdays: 6-7:15 pm

January 7, 9, 14, 16, 23, 28, 30 (no class MLK Day), February 4, 6 11, 13

Cost: $295 per player ($50 off if registered before December 15th)
